Welcome to the WQAC Assembly 2021. The WQAC is a collaboration of the three regional organisations of councils in Western Queensland covering 60 percent of the State and including 22 local governments. The 2021 Assembly follows the successful inaugural Assembly held in Longreach in 2020.

The Assembly brings together the Mayors, Deputy Mayors and CEOs of the 22 Western Queensland councils and provides an opportunity to hear from, and meet Federal and State Ministers, Shadow Ministers, Local Members and Director Generals.
